Ingredients:
3 young whole swiss chard leaves
1 can of skinless, boneless sardines
handful of greens: spinach, kale, parsley etc
raw goat feta (optional)
tomato, radishes or any other veggie from the garden
Place sardines on clean swiss chard leaves
top with feta and chopped greens
add tomatoes and radishes as a side dish.
Sounds good to me I think I'll be there for lunch....just minus the sardines please. Not a sardine fan myself but I do realize they are good for us...just can't do it. Hope you enjoyed your little trip away!

Canned salmon, or any meat will work. The trip was fun, but I am still exhausted from it.
